Raw material control
Select quality suppliers: establish long-term cooperative relationship with raw material suppliers with good reputation and qualification to ensure that the purchased stainless steel raw materials comply with national standards and industry requirements. For example, for 304, 316L and other common materials, suppliers are required to provide material certificates, quality inspection reports and other documents to prove that their chemical composition and mechanical properties comply with the corresponding standards.
Strict inspection of raw materials: When the raw materials enter the factory, strict inspection is carried out. Adopt spectrum analyzer to test the chemical composition of stainless steel materials to ensure that the content of each element meets the specified range. Use the hardness tester to test the hardness of the material, observe the organizational structure of the material through metallographic analysis, and determine whether there is any abnormality. Any raw materials that do not meet the requirements should be returned in time and shall not be put into production.
Production process control
Advanced production equipment: Enterprises should be equipped with advanced production equipment, such as CNC pipe bending machines, automatic welding equipment, high-precision cutting equipment, etc., to ensure the accuracy and stability of the production process. Regular maintenance and repair of equipment, preventive maintenance according to the recommendations of the equipment manufacturer, replacement of wearing parts, to ensure that the equipment is in the best operating condition, in order to ensure the consistency of product quality.
Standardize the production process: formulate detailed and standardized production process regulations and require operators to strictly implement them. In the molding process of the reducer, according to different specifications and materials, reasonable control of processing parameters, such as temperature, pressure, speed and so on. For example, in hot press molding, the heating temperature and holding time should be precisely controlled to avoid overheating or over-burning of the material, which will affect the product performance. In the welding process, it is necessary to choose the appropriate welding process and welding materials to ensure the quality of the weld.
Personnel training and management: Regular training is given to production personnel to improve their operating skills and quality awareness. The training includes the operation method of new equipment, the application of new technology, quality standards and inspection methods. Establish a perfect personnel management and assessment system, link product quality with employee performance, motivate employees to actively participate in quality management, and ensure that each production link meets the quality requirements.
Quality Inspection Reinforcement
Process inspection: In the production process, set up several quality inspection points to inspect semi-finished products in time. For example, after the completion of the rough machining of the reducer, its size and shape are tested, and problems are found in time to adjust the processing parameters or rework. After the welding is completed, the weld is inspected for appearance and non-destructive testing, such as ultrasonic testing, ray testing, etc., to ensure that there are no cracks, pores, slag and other defects inside the weld.
Finished product inspection: finished product inspection is the last barrier to ensure quality. Each piece of stainless steel reducer is subjected to a comprehensive quality inspection, including dimensional accuracy, appearance quality, pressure test and so on. Use high-precision measuring tools to measure the diameter of the large end of the reducer, the diameter of the small end, wall thickness, length and other dimensions to ensure that the size deviation is within the standard allowable range. The surface of the product is carefully inspected, and there shall be no defects such as cracks, sand holes, air holes, scratches and so on. Through the pressure test, the sealing and strength of the reducer under the specified pressure are examined to ensure that there is no leakage and no deformation.
Sample retention and traceability: Retain samples of each batch of products for comparison and analysis in case of subsequent quality problems. Establish a perfect product traceability system to record the information of every link from raw material purchase, production and processing to finished product storage, including raw material batch number, production equipment number, operator, production time, inspection records, etc., to realize the traceability of product quality.
Packaging, transportation and after-sales service
Packaging protection: adopt suitable packaging materials and packaging methods to protect the stainless steel reducer. Generally use wooden boxes, cartons or plastic film and other packaging materials to wrap and fix the products to prevent collision, scratches and other damage during transportation. For large caliber or special specifications of the reducer, special packaging solutions should be designed to ensure the safety of the product during transportation and loading and unloading.
Transportation management: choose an experienced and reputable transportation company to undertake the task of product transportation. Before transportation, clarify the transportation requirements and responsibilities with the transportation company, and ask it to take necessary protective measures, such as laying buffer materials in the carriage, fixing the goods, etc., to avoid the reducer from being damaged by bumps and collisions during transportation. At the same time, purchase transportation insurance to reduce the risk of the transportation process.
After-sales service: establish a perfect after-sales service system and respond to customers' quality feedback in time. After the delivery of the products, visit the customers regularly to understand the use of the products and quality conditions. For the customer feedback quality problems, timely investigation and processing, such as product quality problems, should be in accordance with the contract agreement to assume the corresponding responsibility, such as free maintenance, replacement of products.
