Structural characteristics
Stainless steel flange usually consists of a flange disk and bolt holes. According to the sealing surface form: there are plane flange, abrupt surface flange, concave and convex surface flange, tongue and groove surface flange and trapezoidal groove flange and so on. Plane flange and raised face flange have simple structure and are suitable for low pressure, non-corrosive medium pipeline; concave-convex face flange, tongue and groove flange and trapezoidal groove flange have better sealing performance and are suitable for medium and high pressure, poisonous, flammable, explosive and other media pipeline.
According to pressure level: they can be divided into different pressure levels, such as PN0.6MPa, PN1.0MPa, PN1.6MPa, PN2.5MPa, PN4.0MPa and so on, to meet the pipeline systems with different pressure requirements.
