Common grades: H59, H62, H63, H65, H68, H70 and other common brass, as well as HSn70-1, H68A (plus arsenic/tin brass), C26000, C27000 and other special alloys 156.
Composition requirements: International standards (such as ASTM B16) require copper content ≥ 60%, zinc ≥ 36%, lead ≤ 4%, some contain a small amount of nickel, tin and other elements.
Specification range
Ordinary pipe fittings: OD 5mm-300mm, wall thickness 1.5-30mm, support for customization of square pipe, round pipe, shaped pipe and so on12.
Capillary fittings: OD 0.5-3mm, ID 0.3-2.5mm, suitable for precision instruments, home appliances and other fields.

Manufacturing standard
We follow international standards (ISO, ASTM B88) and national standards (GB/T 18033-2014, HG/T) to ensure dimensional accuracy and stable performance.
Processes include cold drawing, extrusion, welding, etc. Surface can be polished or plated to improve corrosion resistance.

V. Common Problems and Suggestions
Rust problem: brass tube without surface treatment may oxidize, it is recommended to plating rust-proof layer or apply antioxidant coating.
Price factor: Due to high material cost and complicated process, the price is higher than common metal pipe fittings, but the service life is long.
