Metal ring gasket is sealed pressure pipe flange ,an applied to oil and gas pressure vessel, submarine, high-speed joint surface, high temperature and high pressure valve cover joint.There are a variety of materials and in a form suitable for the different design and operational requirements, completely compliance with ANSI B16.20. In the new flat type grooved flange, the common black iron, stainless steel elliptical(Oval) and the octagonal can be used interchangeably. the company can in the most short period of delivery.
Note: the metal ring material hardness selected should be lower than 15~20 HB flange, and the old product is not recommended for repeated use, because the material hardening and damage may occur and the flange or the sealing performance.
Hollow metal O - ring is made of high temperature resistant and no corrosion of stainless steel tube production. It could make holes in the inner or outer of the hollow metal o ring, when the pressure goes up,that self sealing function will work. The o ring with the small holes of the ring, especially the application of pressure over 70kgf/cm ², it can handle more pressure than the basic O type ring.
