Nickel alloy tubes are widely used in many fields in different high temperature environments by virtue of their excellent high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and other properties, the following are some specific examples:
Petrochemical field
Atmospheric decompression distillation device: In the process of crude oil atmospheric decompression distillation, the crude oil needs to be heated to about 300 - 400 ℃. Aero-engine: In the combustion chamber, turbine and other high-temperature parts of aero-engine, the working temperature can be as high as 1000 - 1600℃. Nickel alloy tubes are used to transport fuel, cooling air and as pipes for engine heat exchangers, etc. Their high strength, high toughness and good high temperature resistance can meet the working requirements of aero-engine under extreme conditions and ensure the reliability and performance of the engine.
Space vehicles: In the propulsion system of space vehicles, such as the fuel delivery pipes of rocket engines, they need to withstand high temperature and high pressure combustion products and high-speed flow of fuel.
