High Quality Steel Pipe ERW Seamless Carbon Steel Pipe
Inconel 625 Pipe suppliers produce these high strength and corrosion resistant pipes for use in different industries. The pipes can be cold drawn and seamless for easy installation and high precision in dimensions. The Inconel Alloy 625 Seamless Pipe is used mainly in pressure valves, jet engine components, pollution control systems and heat exchangers. The material is highly corrosion resistant and strong. It can survive cryogenic temperatures at the same time perform well under high temperatures. The ASTM B444 UNS N06625 Welded Pipe is used in applications which require excessive welding. The chromium and nickel composition in the material make it suitable for welding. There is less carbide precipitation during welding. The Inconel 625 Round Pipe is the most used of the pipe shapes. The pipe could also be electric resistant welded. The 625 Inconel ERW Pipe can come in two grades. The grade 1 is annealed and the grade 2 is solution annealed. The grade 2 has higher yield strength than the grade 1. The Inconel 625 Alloy Square Pipe is also used according to the application requirements.
The ASTM B444 Inconel 625 Seamless Pipe is used with precision. In jet engine components, the parts need to have precise dimensions. The seamless nature of the pipe reduces the absolute roughness and therefore could be used in these high precision applications. The Inconel Alloy 625 Welded Pipe is used with welding applications. Fusion welding is also possible due to the material composition of the Alloy 625 ASTM B444 UNS N06625. This material has a very low thermal expansion rate so that it remains in shape under high temperatures and under cryogenic temperatures alike. The ASME SB 444 N06625 Inconel 625 Welded Pipe therefore does not crack under corrosion stress or high pressure when operated in high temperature applications.

Q: Does this tubing come with triclamp ends to be coupled together?
A: This particular tubing comes without tri-clamp ends standard. We can always weld tri-clamp ferrules to the end of tubes for any specific length you need. These products are referred to as tri-clamp spool assemblies. If you need a specific length, please

Q: Are you able to cut tubing to lengths that don't require freight shipping? Say 5' lengths for example.?
A:Yes, we are able to cut down to other sizes. UPS Ground is able to ship up to 7' without the tubing being considered "oversized".We do charge a cutting fee for this service, however. Please contact us for a quote.
Q:How much does 1 stick of 4" tube weigh?
A: One 20' Stick of 4" Sanitary Tubing weighs approximately 75 pounds.
Q:You list gauge of this tubing at 16, but the wall thickness at 0.065". Isn't 16 gauge 0.0625"?
A: The wall thickness and gauges are all displayed in the table below. Please contact us if you have any other questions.
Q: Do you sell tubing in anything less than cases? I need to order just over 400 feet but don't want to pay for two cases as this is More than I need.
A: We do sell tubing on an individual basis however there is a $50 "broken box" fee applied to any order less than an entire case.Since we don't offer a way to order individual tube pieces online please call us to place an order over the phone.
