1.Product Description
Stainless steel seamless pipe is a long steel product with a hollow cross-section and no joints around its perimeter, made from metal materials. The manufacturing process employs hot rolling, hot extrusion, or cold drawing (cold rolling) techniques: solid stainless steel billets are heated, pierced, and then rolled or drawn into shape to produce a continuous pipe without any welded seams. By rolling method, it can be classified into hot-rolled, hot-extruded, and cold-drawn (cold-rolled) pipes; by metallographic structure, it includes austenitic, martensitic, ferritic, and duplex stainless steel seamless pipes. The product complies with national standards such as GB/T14976 (for fluid transportation) and GB13296 (for boiler applications), as well as international specifications including ASTM A312/A312M, ASTM A213, JIS G3456, and EN 10216-5.
