1.Product Description
Stainless steel seamless pipe is manufactured by heating solid stainless steel billets, piercing them into hollow shells through a piercing mill, and then subjecting them to multiple passes of cold drawing, cold rolling, or hot extrusion for diameter and wall thickness reduction. The process is completed with solution heat treatment and finishing operations. The defining feature is the absence of any welded interface throughout the pipe body, resulting in a dense and uniform microstructure with controlled grain size. Our product range covers austenitic, duplex, and nickel-based alloy series, with dimensional accuracy reaching precision grade (OD tolerance within ±0.05mm). Various surface finishes are available upon request, including pickled, polished, or bright-annealed conditions.
