1.Product Description

This product is manufactured through a complete process route: "EAF refining + vacuum degassing + continuous cast round billet → hot extrusion → multi-pass cold rolling/cold drawing → continuous solution heat treatment → precision straightening and non-destructive testing." Unlike welded pipes, the seamless structure ensures completely consistent grain flow direction and microstructural density in both axial and radial directions, fundamentally eliminating the structural inhomogeneity and residual stresses associated with weld zones. Each pipe is provided with complete material traceability markings, from heat number to finished batch, ensuring full-process quality control and traceability.

 

2. Product Applications

This product series is designed for engineering projects with long design life, high safety ratings, and complex load conditions. Typical applications include:

  • High-temperature superheater and reheater tube bundles in ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation units

  • Ultra-low-temperature (-162°C) process piping in Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) receiving terminals

  5. Internal surface finish and flow efficiency: Cold working combined with pickling/polishing processes yields extremely low internal surface roughness, minimizing scaling and coking during long-term operation, ensuring high flow efficiency and low pressure drop losses.
