Our ASTM A312 TP304 stainless steel seamless pipes represent the industry standard for general corrosive service applications. Manufactured from premium 18Cr-8Ni austenitic stainless steel, these pipes deliver exceptional corrosion resistance, formability, and weldability across a broad range of industrial applications including chemical processing, food production, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

- ✓General Corrosion Resistance: Excellent resistance to a wide range of oxidizing acids, organic chemicals, and atmospheric conditions. Suitable for continuous service up to 870°C.
- ✓Food & Pharmaceutical Grade: Meets sanitary requirements with smooth surface finish options, non-reactive to food products and pharmaceutical compounds.
- ✓Full Size Range: Available from 1/2 inch to 24 inch nominal bore in Schedule 5S through XXS wall thicknesses.
- ✓Excellent Fabricability: Readily formed, bent, and welded with standard TIG, MIG, and plasma arc welding methods using ER308L filler wire.

In-house tensile testing, flattening testing, and intergranular corrosion testing (ASTM A262 Practice E) are performed on each production lot.
