Our Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276) seamless pipes are manufactured to ASTM B622/ASME SB622 standards. As the most widely used nickel-molybdenum-chromium wrought alloy, Hastelloy C276 delivers unparalleled resistance to a broad range of aggressive chemicals, including both oxidizing and reducing acids, making it the premier choice for the most severe chemical processing environments.

  • Universal Corrosion Resistance: Exceptional resistance to both oxidizing media (ferric/ cupric chlorides, chlorine, wet chlorine) and reducing environments (sulfuric, hydrochloric, phosphoric acids), unmatched by most other alloys.
  • SCC & Pitting Resistance: Virtually immune to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking (SCC) and offers outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion (PREN > 50).
  • Excellent Weldability: Resists intergranular attack in the as-welded condition, eliminating the need for post-weld heat treatment in most applications.
  • NACE MR0175 Compliant: Certified for sour service applications in H2S-containing environments per NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 standards.
