Alloy 926 is a super austenitic stainless steel having excellent resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in media containing halides and hydrogen sulfide.It also has outstanding resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking,and resists to both oxidizing and reducing environments.

 

APPLICATIONS

Sour(containing hydrogen sulfide)crude oil and natural gas well components,flue gas desulfurization system components,marine engineering piping,and corrosive chemicals containers.
