Product Description

Inconel 725 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. After aging heat treatment, it can greatly increase the strength of the alloy and greatly improve the ductility and tensile properties of the alloy. The alloy also has strong resistance to stress corrosion. It is mainly used in pipe fittings, joints and bearings in acid-resistant equipment, and it is also widely used in marine equipment. The main products are divided into three categories: 1. As a material for the manufacture of chemical equipment, Inconel 725 alloy, as an important corrosion-resistant structural material, enjoys a high reputation in the material industry for the manufacture of chemical towers and chemical packing; 2. Inconel 725 alloy is used as precision alloy and metal electronic material (composite thermal bimetal and cross-split bimetal component alloy for color picture tube) 3. Inconel 725 alloy is used as a welding surfacing material. As a high-quality corrosion-resistant and extremely corrosion-resistant material, it is used with flux and surfacing on the inner walls of tanks, containers and towers to improve the corrosion resistance of the equipment.

Q: Does this tubing come with triclamp ends to be coupled together?A: This particular tubing comes without tri-clamp ends standard. We can always weld tri-clamp ferrules to the end of tubes for any specific length you need. These products are referred to as tri-clamp spool assemblies. If you need a specific length, please

contact us.
 
Q: Are you able to cut tubing to lengths that don't require freight shipping? Say 5' lengths for example.?
A:Yes, we are able to cut down to other sizes. UPS Ground is able to ship up to 7' without the tubing being considered "oversized".We do charge a cutting fee for this service, however. Please contact us for a quote.
 
Q:How much does 1 stick of 4" tube weigh?
A: One 20' Stick of 4" Sanitary Tubing weighs approximately 75 pounds.
 
Q:You list gauge of this tubing at 16, but the wall thickness at 0.065". Isn't 16 gauge 0.0625"?
A: The wall thickness and gauges are all displayed in the table below. Please contact us if you have any other questions.
 
Q: Do you sell tubing in anything less than cases? I need to order just over 400 feet but don't want to pay for two cases as this is More than I need.

A:  We do sell tubing on an individual basis however there is a $50 "broken box" fee applied to any order less than an entire case.Since we don't offer a way to order individual tube pieces online please call us to place an order over the phone.
 
Q: Do this product ship via freight?

A: Yes, our tubing comes in standard 20 foot lengths and will need to ship via freight. I'd also like to mention that there is a broken box charge meaning that if you do not order an entire box of tubing you will be charge additional fees as such. For more information please contact us. Thanks.
