This product is a seamless copper-nickel (CuNi) pipe manufactured from UNS C70600 (90/10 CuNi) in accordance with ASTM B466 and ASME B36.19M standards . CuNi 90/10, also known as CuNi10Fe1.6Mn, is a wrought copper alloy containing approximately 90% copper and 10% nickel, with minor additions of iron and manganese to enhance corrosion resistance and strength . This 10" Schedule 40 pipe is produced from cast billets via hot extrusion or piercing, followed by cold working and annealing processes, ensuring consistent quality and mechanical properties .
