Zero leakage forged steel flanges are engineered for pipeline systems where fugitive emissions, gas seepage or product loss cannot be tolerated. A flange joint only performs as well as its sealing surfaces, and every zero leakage forged steel flange we machine starts with a forging that has been fully heat treated and then precision faced to a controlled serrated finish of 125-250 AARH.
This controlled surface texture gives the gasket a positive seating grip, which is the first condition for a bubble-tight joint. Our zero leakage forged steel flanges are available with Raised Face (RF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ) sealing faces, and each flange is 100% hydrostatically tested before dispatch.
For gas and volatile media service, we recommend RTJ faces matched with RX or BX metal gaskets, and our workshop can supply the complete joint solution including gaskets and stud bolts. Seal face flatness, bolt hole alignment and gasket seating width are inspected one by one so that the assembled joint reaches its designed zero leakage performance.

Every zero leakage forged steel flange is produced under a written quality plan. Incoming material is checked against the mill certificate, forged blanks are heat treated with recorded furnace charts, machined faces are verified with surface comparators, and each zero leakage forged steel flange receives a final hydrostatic test before protection is applied.
We have supplied zero leakage forged steel flanges to gas distribution networks, chemical plants and offshore platforms, and our quality records are open for audit by customers and third-party inspectors at any time.
Zero leakage starts at the seal face. We machine every zero leakage forged steel flange with a controlled serrated finish and verify flatness and finish with surface comparators. Each flange is then 100% hydrostatically tested, and joints can be assembled in our workshop for a pneumatic bubble-tight test before shipment.
For gas and other volatile media we recommend an RTJ face with a metal RX or BX ring gasket. Our RTJ zero leakage forged steel flanges are machined to the groove dimensions of ASME B16.5 and can be supplied together with the matching gasket.
Each batch is supplied with hydrostatic test reports, material certificates to EN 10204 3.1, and heat number traceability. Third-party inspection by SGS, BV, TUV or Lloyds can be arranged before loading.
