Available in hot-rolled (No.1) and cold-rolled (2B, BA, No.4, 8K) finishes, with options for shearing, plasma cutting, or waterjet cutting to custom sizes.

• Verify grade, thickness, and surface finish match the design requirement before cutting.
• Store plates on dry, flat supports; avoid contact with carbon steel to prevent contamination.
• Use plasma, waterjet, laser, or shear cutting as appropriate; clean cut edges before welding.
• For welding, use matched filler material and control heat input to avoid sensitization (especially for 304/316).
• Pickle and passivate weld zones after welding to restore corrosion resistance.
• Handle with clean gloves; avoid dragging plates across abrasive surfaces.

• Do not subject plates to impact or drop during storage and handling.
• Keep stainless steel plates away from contact with carbon steel or dissimilar metals to prevent galvanic corrosion.
• Avoid contamination from grease, oil, or iron particles; clean surfaces before fabrication.
• Ensure adequate ventilation during welding and cutting.
• Do not use damaged or deformed plates; inspect for cracks, scratches, and inclusions before fabrication.
• For high-temperature or corrosive applications, confirm the grade is suitable for the service environment.

• Standard export packing: wooden pallet or case with plastic film and moisture-proof wrapping.
• Dispatch within 3–7 working days for stock items; 15–30 days for customized or bulk orders.
