**6. Instruction for Use**

4. Align the reducer with the pipe; control misalignment within 10% of wall thickness or 1 mm, whichever is smaller
5. For eccentric reducers, confirm the orientation: flat side up for gas/steam lines to avoid air pockets; flat side down for liquid lines to avoid accumulation
6. Tack-weld at multiple points to secure alignment
7. Complete butt welding using an approved procedure (TIG root pass, SMAW or SAW fill/cap)
8. Perform pressure testing or non-destructive testing as required
