This Corrosion Resistant 316L Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe is produced from high purity 316L (UNS S31603 / EN 1.4404) austenitic stainless steel billet using the cold drawn and hot finished seamless process. Its molybdenum bearing chemistry and fully dense, weld free wall deliver excellent resistance to chlorides, acids and general atmospheric corrosion, which makes it a dependable choice for chemical plants, petrochemical lines and desalination systems that handle aggressive media every day. Every length is pickled and annealed, dimensionally inspected and hydro tested before shipment so that buyers receive a clean, uniform product ready for installation.
Available in outside diameters up to 630 mm and wall thickness from 0.5 mm to 30 mm, this pipe can be cut, bevelled and threaded to suit your project drawings. Because the 316L seamless stainless steel pipe carries no longitudinal weld, it withstands higher working pressures than welded alternatives and keeps a uniform microstructure along its full length. Random lengths of 6 m or 12 m, as well as fixed cut to length orders, are both supported, giving procurement teams flexible options for large pipeline projects and small replacement jobs alike.
