1. Product Description
Nickel alloy pipe is a tubular product based on nickel, alloyed with chromium, molybdenum, iron, cobalt, etc., manufactured by vacuum melting, hot working, and cold deformation processes, available as seamless (SMLS) and welded (WELDED). The production route includes extrusion, cold rolling, cold drawing, and intermediate annealing to ensure uniform grain structure and freedom from detrimental precipitates. Common grades such as Inconel 600 (high Ni-Cr series, resistant to high-temperature oxidation) and Hastelloy C-276 (Ni-Mo-Cr series, resistant to strong reducing acids and wet chlorine gas) are widely used. Products are supplied in solution-annealed or hot-worked conditions, with surfaces pickled, bright-annealed, or mechanically ground to meet subsequent fabrication requirements like welding, bending, or expanding. Both internal and external surfaces are free from scale and cracks, and each tube is individually non-destructively tested to guarantee consistent quality and reliability.

High-temperature oxidation and carburization resistance: Inconel 600 forms a dense Cr₂O₃ scale above 1000℃, effectively resisting oxidation, carburization, and nitridation, making it ideal for furnace tubes.

Superior resistance to localized corrosion: C-276 shows outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, especially in chloride-bearing and wet chlorine environments.

Good formability and weldability: Capable of cold bending, flaring, and beading; welding is not prone to hot cracking, and post-weld heat treatment is normally not required.
